How important sports is to our health

Sports is important to our health in the sense that it helps our body to maintain its normal body mass index( BMI) (18) which ends up reducing some of the possible diseases that might affect us in our old age such as High blood, arthritis just name the few

Sports also help us to eliminate waste products that has been deposited into our system due our sedentary lifestyle such as Low Dense Lipo Protein.

Sports helps our body to release stress.
